Introduction

We all go through some ridiculously hard times. Life is not easy for anyone, regardless of status, bank account, net worth, or anything else. We all get hit with exceedingly challenging times for us to get through. We just are faced with different problems at various times. When tough times hit us, it can feel like a massive lightning thunderstorm, which is why I chose a storm for the cover artwork.

This book is organized into three parts.

The first part will tackle difficult subjects that push us into tough times, like fear, anxiety, anger, depression, and many others. If we address these triggers, some things avoid doing that cause troubled times.

The second part will address how to conquer the demanding times that do hit us. I cover many of the potential problems we must face, along with solutions to free us.

The third part teaches vigilance regarding avoiding demanding situations and adapting to stressful lifestyles to build armor that protects our state of mind. In many cases, it will require a change in habits and lifestyle. I do acknowledge that we cannot always avoid some tough times. However, you will be surprised how many of them you can avoid.

As I did in my first book, I want to make it perfectly clear that I am not talking down to anyone or being judgmental. None of us is perfect, including me. We all make mistakes, but we should always try to do what is right. I have learned from my mistakes, and one of my goals is to prevent readers from suffering some of the consequences of making wrong decisions.

I will give a little preview of my first book, "Unleash Godly Power,” to use the concepts from that book and this book to work the way out of challenging times. While I have read books on stress, level of consciousness, happiness, health, and success, I have never seen one that ties them all together, as it happens in most situations. I believe the idea I produced to show the relationship between these four subjects in two triangles came to me from God.

I occasionally read my first book and think, “Did I write this?” as many of the ideas came to me from my subconscious as I was writing.

Everyone needs to understand these two triangles to control just where you will be in your level of consciousness, health, happiness, and success. There is a symbiotic inverse relationship between the levels of consciousness and our level of inner power. As we rise to one level of consciousness, we release a level of stress, and we rise to one level of inner power.

If we take the time to reduce stress levels, we rise in consciousness, improving our health, happiness, and success. However, suppose we continue to develop deeper and deeper levels of stress. In that case, we drop in our level of consciousness, and this negatively will also drop us in health, happiness, and success. This is an uncomplicated way of seeing how our level of consciousness affects our inner power, health, and happiness. While we could only draw some lines reflecting levels, there are hundreds of stress levels. If we are close to the bottom, it can take hours, days, or even longer to move up, even just a little.

At the top of the level of consciousness, the bible tells us we have the same power as Jesus to “move mountains.” We could do absolutely anything if we could get there. There we have total happiness, great health, and enormous success. We could feel perfect love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, which scripture refers to as the “Fruits of Spirit.”

If we take the time to reduce stress levels, we rise in consciousness, improving our health, happiness, and success. However, at the lowest level, we are powerless, unhappy, sick, and fail at anything we do. We will feel hatred, anger, sadness, hostility, impatience, nastiness, unfaithfulness, and meanness and totally will lack self-control. Many become alcoholics, drug addicts, prostitutes, or killers. Demons take over our minds, and we do things that we normally would never do

As we do things described in my first book, “Unleash Godly Power,” we need to work every morning and evening to reduce our stress levels. We can meditate, pray, rest, exercise, stretch, and unwind. We can feel ourselves slowly rising in consciousness and building better health, happiness, and success. Is it that simple? Yes, it is. While the life and toxins we face in the air and in our homes, it is impossible to both get and stay at the top. However, our goal should be to get as close as possible.

God had to place some “Checks and balances” in this, or terrorists could mentally knock a building down. I would advise you to read my first book to better understand all this along with the tools I provide to help you fully control this. There, you will learn all you have to do to build health, happiness, and success and how to stay high in your level of consciousness.

We all know that we use only a portion of our brains. As we rise in consciousness, we also increasingly use our brain power.

“Life is tough at times for all of us. We just have different problems at various times. We must never give up. If things are getting easy, the reason should not be that we are going downhill by giving up. Persevere in the direction of success.”

Foreword

Writing a book is a difficult thing, but with so much suffering these challenging days, Matt Jordan’s timing of this book could not be more perfect. All challenges must be faced and conquered, and this book will teach you how.
The journey of writing this book has further strengthened Matt’s faith in human will. He has come to accept that humans can face up to the difficulties they get stormed with, and if they maintain an honest faith in God and themselves, these difficulties reveal themselves to be remarkably solvable.

The author has found that the greatest enemy of a man living in hard times is often himself – the shadow of fear, doubt, and anxiety that guides a person towards that abyss of melancholy resignation where so many spend their days. All of us on this earth face many hard times in our lives, but how we respond to these challenges defines us as individuals. Suppose we keep allowing these troubles to weigh over us. In that case, they will continue to gain ground in this war – they will continue to overwhelm us, and ultimately, we will not be able to function efficiently within our own lives.

Yet there is another choice. We do not have to live our lives in fear; we do not have to give into hopelessness. Mankind was sent unto this earth with free will – and this will be what encourages us to attain mastery over ourselves and our troubles. Ultimately, free will implies a choice. We can succumb to our troubles…

…Or we can conquer them.
